Terms of Service

By accessing or using SabiPT (the "Service"), provided by Netact Services Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password or credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service subject to these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights; (b) upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Netacts Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

Fees

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel them.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at info@sabipt.com.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall Netacts Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
