At SabiPT (operated by Netacts Inc. / Netact Services), we are dedicated to complete pricing transparency. In compliance with payment processing partner guidelines—including Paystack and Stripe—and global consumer protection standards, all prices for our subscription plans, token allocations, and developer tools are clearly displayed and fully disclosed before you initiate any payment transaction.

There are no hidden fees, unexpected recurring charges, or undisclosed activation costs. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

SabiPT offers both individual and multi-seat team subscription plans designed to provide access to our Afrocentric AI models, voice capabilities, research notebooks, and forensic investigation tools.

Annual Subscription Discount

Customers opting for annual billing receive a 20% discount (equivalent to 2 months free) compared to monthly recurring rates. Annual plans are billed upfront on an annual anniversary cycle.

For developers and enterprise engineers utilizing the SabiPT Cloud Developer Console (api.sabipt.com), services are billed on a clear prepay token model:

• Base Token Rate: $0.00000530 per token (~$5.30 per 1,000,000 tokens), which incorporates our transparent 6% infrastructure and service margin.
• Prepay Credit Top-Ups: Developers can load wallet credits in flexible tiers ($5.00, $10.00, $20.00, $50.00, $100.00 USD or equivalent local NGN).
• Real-Time Ledger: Every token consumed by completions or embeddings is tracked transparently and viewable on your Developer Dashboard ledger.
• Instant Receipts: Detailed payment receipts itemizing tokens credited, rates, and transaction hashes can be downloaded anytime from your Billing view.

Payment Processing Fees

SabiPT absorbs all standard payment gateway transaction fees charged by Paystack and Stripe for domestic debit/credit card payments, direct bank transfers, and USSD transactions. Customers are not surcharged for selecting standard payment gateways.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Where applicable by law (including Nigerian Value Added Tax regulations or Canadian HST/GST requirements), taxes are either already included in the displayed headline price or clearly itemized on the payment checkout page before final payment confirmation.

Currency & Foreign Exchange

Transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or United States Dollars (USD) depending on your region and payment method selected. If you make a purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer will apply their standard foreign exchange conversion rate without any markup from SabiPT.

We partner with regulated, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service providers to ensure maximum payment security:

• Paystack: Supports Nigerian & African Debit/Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve), Direct Bank Transfer, USSD, and Apple Pay.
• Stripe: Supports Global Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Renewal Cadence

Subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis starting on the date of your initial payment. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period unless cancelled.

Immediate Self-Service Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with zero cancellation penalties. Simply navigate to Settings → Upgrade Plan / Billing → Manage Subscription and click 'Cancel Subscription'.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active and you will retain full access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be billed to your card.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription or believe you were billed in error, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team at info@sabipt.com.

Token & API Consumption

Developer API token credits that have already been consumed by API traffic are non-refundable. Unconsumed wallet balances can be reviewed and refunded upon verified account closure.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method (via Paystack or Stripe) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
